Pricing
All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated. Organizations pay a monthly plan; donors pay a small amount on top of each gift so the organization receives the full gift.

Participants are counted once per organization per calendar month. A live event is never stopped part-way for exceeding a plan. Pilot organizations may be given a complimentary plan by invitation, with an end date; the gift fees below still apply.
What a donor pays on a gift
- The gift, which goes to the organization in full.
- Fayd processing (est.), one line shown before paying: payment processing (estimated at 2.9% + 30 cents for a standard US card; the real rate depends on the card and the payment method) plus Fayd's 1.5% platform fee.
- An optional tip for Fayd (“Show Fayd some love”), never preselected, and never part of the donation receipt.
Gifts are made in the organization's currency: US dollars, British pounds or Canadian dollars. Gifts recorded from cash, cheques, pledges or the venue's own card machine carry no Fayd fee.
If you only record gifts
An organization does not have to take gifts on guests' phones. It can run the live screen and record gifts taken on its own card machine, cash and cheques, with no payment account to connect. Those gifts carry no Fayd fee, so the plan is the only charge. Plans, apart from the complimentary Pilot plan, are what Fayd earns from these organizations.
