Refunds, cancellations and disputes
Gifts
A gift is a donation to the organization named on your receipt, charged on that organization's own payment account. Fayd does not hold the money. Refunds are at the organization's discretion: contact the organization named on your receipt, or contact us and we will pass your request on. When a gift is refunded, the payment processor returns it to the card or account you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days. If your whole gift is refunded, any optional tip to Fayd is refunded with it.
Disputes
If you do not recognize a charge, please contact the organization or us first; it is usually faster than a dispute with your bank. Disputes are handled by the organization through its payment processor.
Plans for organizations: cancellation and billing errors
Plans are billed monthly by card. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your organization's settings. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
